This supplement is specifically formulated for mature and growing cattle being fed grass hay, dry grass pasture, corn stalks, or other roughages. #10 Breed Back contains a source of Omega-3 fatty acids, chelated trace minerals, and Vitalix® Proprietary Enzyme Package.

    • Contains Omega-3 fatty acids which enhance estrus activity and breeding, giving you higher conception rates and tighter calving windows.

In addition, this tub contains Altosid IGR, which prevents adult horn fly emergence from the manure of treated cattle.

#10 Breed Back W/ Altosid IGR

When use as directed, Vitalix #10 Breed Back W/ Altosid IGR will provide sufficient (S)-methoprene insect growth regulator to prevent the emergence of adult horn flies from manure of treated cattle. Existing adult horn flies will not be affected. Start feeding before horn flies appear and continue use until cold weather marks the end of the horn fly season. Allow free choice to cattle.

    • Assure cattle are not starved for nutrients prior to feeding Vitalix #10 Breed Back w/ Altoside IGR.
    • This product contains added copper. Do not feed to cattle in close proximity to sheep or other livestock that have a low tolerance to supplemental copper.
    • Offer cattle one Vitalix #10 Breed Back Altosid IGR Fly Tub for every 15 to 25 head of cattle.
    • Remove any other self-limiting nutritional supplements while the cattle are consuming this product.
    • Place Vitalix #10 Breed Back w/ Altosid IGR tubs where cattle congregate (watering, loafing, shade areas, etc.)
    • Replenish Vitalix #10 Breed Back w/ Altosid IGR Tub on a regular basis as needed.
    • If the intake of Vitalix #10 Breed Back w/ Altosid IGR tub is below .8 ounces per 100 pound of cattle body weight per day, increase the number of feeding locations and/or change location(s) to areas more frequented by cattle.
    • If intake of Vitalix #10 Breed Back w/ IGR tub is above .8 ounces per 100 pounds cattle body weight per day, reduce the number of feeding locations and/or change location(s) to areas less frequented by cattle.
    • Introduction of this product after adult horn fly infestation is established will require treatment of cattle with adulticides if elimination of the adult fly population is desired.

Use: Feed 60-90 days pre-calving to 90 days post-calving through breeding season.
